You can return an unused e-bike within 30 days of delivery as long as it is in new condition and in the original packaging. Lightly used bikes with less than 20 miles on them can also be returned within 30 days but will be subject to a 30% depreciation fee. Accessories and batteries can only be returned within 7 days if they are unopened and unused. Opened or used accessories and batteries are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a confirmed defect.

All Fiido e-bikes come with a two-year warranty that covers major components against manufacturing defects, along with lifetime technical support. Normal wear-and-tear parts such as tires, brake pads, or paint finish are not included in the warranty.
