Their bikes are eligible for FREE shipment inside the contiguous United States. FedEx Ground is typically used for shipping. They are unable to provide faster shipping services because lithium-ion batteries have shipping restrictions.
What is the Juiced Bikes return policy?
By getting in touch with Juiced Bikes within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, you can return any unused bikes, parts, or accessories. The item must be unopened, free of dirt, dust, or odors, and in the same packing as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The container needs to be shut and unopened. Your bicycle must be returned in its original carton. Processing charges of 10% will be charged. The initial delivery costs are not refundable. If a customer decides to exchange or return their bike, they are entirely liable for the shipping charges.

Juiced Bikes offers a one-year limited warranty on new products, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. Make an appointment at the Juiced offices in Chula Vista to feel the strength, speed, and FUN of riding an electric bike. Choose from the offered days and times to arrange a private test ride with a Juiced Bikes expert. Every person taking a test ride must COMPLETE A WAIVER before riding, and they must carry a valid ID with them. Test rides won’t be provided without a confirmed appointment, which is a requirement.
