Does Lectric offer free shipping?
Bikes that are being shipped only within the United States may be eligible for free shipping. No freight or large orders are eligible for free shipping. Bike shipment is the only item that is free. Shipping fees may apply to parts and accessories.
Customers that ship their bikes to Canada will be charged $200 for shipping each bike. All tariffs and taxes incurred as a result of importing the bike are also covered by this $200 price.
What is the Lectric return policy?
Your item must be new, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return, and you must have a valid reason for doing so. The item also needs to be in its original packing. For any returns or exchanges, they reserve the right to impose a $150 restocking fee. Clothing and accessories are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.
How long does the warranty last? Does the warranty transfer if you resell the bike?
Lectric ebikes come with a standard one-year warranty that excludes common wear items (like tires, tubes, and brake pads) and water damage. The warranty is only valid for the original owner and does not transfer if you resell the bike.
