Does EBC offer free shipping?

All EBC ebikes are delivered to your door completely constructed and ready to ride but shipping is not free. Delivery fee varies per zone. Please check the list below: 

• Zone 1 Within 50 miles – $100
• Zone 2 Over 50 miles (CA, AZ, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA) – $199
• Zone 3 (AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL,GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI, WV) – $249
• Zone 4 (Alaska and Hawaii) – $599
• Zone 5 (Canada) – $1099

What is the EBC return policy?

Please get in touch with their team within 30 days if you feel your bike is not for you.

The e-bike must be brand-new with fewer than fifty (50) miles on the odometer, be free of any stains, odors, or other signs of use, be in the same packing and condition as when you received it, and have all of the accessories that came with it (charger, keys, alarm fobs, etc.). Simply use the original shipping supplies and box to repack the ebike.

After the item has been received and examined, all refunds will be processed. After receiving cancellation notice, all purchases will be handled in 5-7 business days.

How long does the warranty last? Does the warranty transfer if you resell the bike?

For EBC bikes, the warranty lasts for ten years on bicycle components, covering manufacturing defects from the date of the original retail purchase. The battery comes with a five-year warranty, starting from the original battery purchase date. However, the warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser. To ensure warranty coverage, it’s essential to register the bike within 30 days of purchase.

How can I service my EBC bike?

• Repairs are handled by appointment at the EBC factory. To make an appointment, please call 949-264-4080 to reach the customer service department. Repairs and service are available by drop-off (with appointment) from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Unless otherwise specified, the turnaround time for completion is typically 24 to 48 hours. $50 for any service, minimum of half an hour (not including parts).
• For quick fixes like changing a tire or an inner tube, factory walk-ins are welcome. There may be wait times and varying turnaround times because this is first come, first served.
• Small repairs and concerns are always accepted on-site at both showroom locations. For an anticipated turnaround time in the showroom, please call in advance.
• Before you may pick up your bike, parts and labor costs must be paid and satisfied.
• Claims or warrantied items must be brought to your appointment.
• Battery (5 years), Motor (10 years), Frame (10 years), and Paint (30 days) are protected under warranty.
