Does Rad Power Bikes offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on select items at Rad Power Bikes. Orders under $150 will incur a $10 fee, while orders over $150 are free of charge. Please note that battery replacements come with an extra cost of $60 for delivery.
What is the Rad Power Bikes refer-a-friend program?

How long does the warranty last? Does the warranty transfer if you resell the bike?
For bikes purchased from Rad Power Bikes after January 1, 2024, the warranty is 2 years for the bike frame and components, and 2 years or up to 300 recharge cycles for the battery. Additional components and RPB-branded accessories are covered for 1 year. This warranty can be transferred to a new owner if the bike is resold, allowing them to benefit from the remaining coverage. For bikes purchased in 2023, the warranty is limited to 1 year for all parts, including the frame, components, and battery, and it does not transfer to new owners upon resale.
What is the Rad Power Bikes return policy?
Within 14 days of receiving your ebike, you must get in touch with Rad Power Bikes to return it. You are responsible for ensuring the bike is in good working order and has less than 10 kilometers on it when returned.
