Does Segway offer free shipping?

Segway advertises free shipping on qualifying orders of $99 or more, with a $15 shipping and handling charge for orders below $99. An optional dealer-arranged home delivery service for ebikes and ebike accessories costs an additional $99. Check the shipping total at checkout before placing your order.

Does Segway ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Segway’s official US store currently ships only within the contiguous 48 states, so delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is unavailable. The store also excludes P.O. boxes, military addresses, freight-forwarding companies, and certain other restricted destinations.

How long does Segway delivery take?

Delivery timing depends on your location and the product ordered. Segway emails tracking information when your shipment leaves its facility, although tracking details may take up to 72 hours from order placement to appear. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

How long is the Segway warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by product and component. For example, the F3 and MAX G3 Plus electric scooters advertise a two-year limited warranty, while the C2 Go kids’ scooter advertises a one-year limited warranty. Check your specific model’s warranty information for coverage periods, exclusions, and claim requirements.

What is Segway’s electric scooter return policy?

Segway’s scooter and GoKart policy allows eligible returns within 14 days of delivery only when the package is unopened, the product is unused, and the original packaging is intact. A model-specific restocking fee applies—for example, $225 for the MAX G3 and $150 for the F3.

Opened or used products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Product faults are handled under the applicable warranty, and exclusions include flash-sale items, accessories, and parts. Contact customer service for authorization before returning anything.

Does Segway have a different return policy for ebikes?

Yes. Ebikes ordered through Segway’s dealer pickup or dealer-arranged delivery system have a separate policy. Eligible returns must be made within 14 days of pickup or delivery and meet the policy’s new-and-unused requirements, including an odometer reading below five miles, no damage, and all original parts, accessories, and packaging.

Approved returns incur a 25% restocking fee plus a model-specific fixed shipping fee. Returns must go back to the original fulfillment dealer, so review the ebike return policy before ordering.

Does Segway offer a rewards program?

Yes. The Segway Mileage Club offers rewards and member benefits, with opportunities to earn Miles through shopping and eligible interactions. Available rewards, redemption rules, and referral offers are listed in the program, so check the current terms before using your Miles.

Can I test ride a Segway ebike?

Segway offers a “Reserve a Test Ride” option on selected ebike product pages, including the Xafari, Xyber, Myon, and Muxi. Availability depends on participating dealers and their inventory. Contact the selected location to confirm the model and appointment before visiting.

Can I cancel my Segway order?

Segway provides a self-service cancellation window beginning 30 minutes after checkout and ending 6.5 hours after checkout. Log in to your account and use the “Cancel Order” button during that window for a full refund. After the window closes, cancellation options and fees depend on the product and fulfillment stage.
