Does GOTRAX offer free shipping?

Yes. GOTRAX advertises free shipping on orders placed through its official website. Delivery is available within the contiguous United States, subject to its shipping restrictions. Check your delivery address and any optional charges at checkout before ordering.

Does GOTRAX ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

No. GOTRAX does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or addresses outside the contiguous United States. P.O. boxes and APO addresses are also excluded, so you’ll need an eligible street address for delivery.

How long does GOTRAX delivery take?

Complete vehicles, including ebikes and electric scooters, typically require 1–3 business days for processing, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping. GOTRAX estimates a total of 4–8 business days for these orders. Parts take longer, with an estimated total of 10–15 business days.

How long is the GOTRAX warranty?

New ebikes and adult electric scooters receive a two-year limited warranty when the individual item’s purchase price is $499 or more, or a one-year warranty when it is below $499. The price you actually pay determines coverage—not the original MSRP or your total order value.

Coverage begins on the original purchase date. Certain parts have shorter coverage periods, and exclusions apply. Review the GOTRAX warranty policy for your product before buying.

Are GOTRAX batteries covered by the warranty?

Eligible batteries are covered for the product’s applicable warranty period against manufacturing defects. GOTRAX determines whether a battery qualifies for repair or replacement; a replacement does not restart the warranty. Improper charging, unapproved chargers, and tampering can void battery coverage. The policy also states that customers pay warranty shipping costs, while installation and labor are excluded.

What is the GOTRAX return policy?

GOTRAX allows return requests for new and unused items within 31 days of receipt, with return shipping paid by the customer. Lightly used items may be returned within 31 days of purchase if they are undamaged; ebikes and scooters must have fewer than 20 miles on the odometer. Used returns incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Obtain authorization before returning anything. Individual parts, components, and separately purchased batteries are non-returnable. Review the refund policy for packaging requirements and exclusions.

Can I cancel my GOTRAX order?

Contact GOTRAX immediately or use its cancellation request page. Its policy requires requests on the order date, before 4 p.m. Central Time, during weekday business hours. Cancellation is not guaranteed and is unavailable once the order has been fulfilled. Refusing delivery can result in fees, so contact support before taking that step.

Does GOTRAX offer monthly payments?

Yes. GOTRAX advertises monthly payment options through Shop Pay. Check the financing offer at checkout for eligibility, payment amounts, interest, and other applicable terms before choosing a plan.

Do GOTRAX ebikes and scooters require assembly?

Assembly requirements vary by model. GOTRAX provides instructions in each product’s user manual, with digital copies available through its website. Follow the manual for your specific bike or scooter when assembling it and completing the checks required before riding.
