Does Propella offer free shipping?
No, but they are available to ship to the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
What is the Propella return policy?
Electric bikes may be returned within seven days of delivery.
A Propella approval is required to initiate the return process, and they will send instructions and return shipping labels via email. You can request a return by contacting them via their website. Ebike returns must be in excellent condition, have fewer than 10 miles on them, and be free of any dings, scratches, excessive dirt, or wear and tear. Returned product must be in its original box and contain all items (including the charger and lock keys). Items returned with missing parts will be charged a fee. Propella will pay for the shipping cost of the return.
How long does the warranty last? Does the warranty transfer if you resell the bike?
Propella’s warranty lasts for 1 year from the date of shipping. It is valid only for the original owner of an ebike purchased directly from Propella’s online or physical storefront. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective components such as the battery, motor, controller, and frame. It does not transfer if you resell the bike, and coverage does not extend beyond the initial 12 months. After this period, Propella offers technical support and replacement parts at retail prices.
Does Propella offer service and bike maintenance?
Their electric bicycle is built to function and look like a regular bicycle.
