Does Actbest offer free shipping?

Yes. Actbest offers free standard shipping to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders ship from US-based warehouses. Check your delivery address and any additional options at checkout before completing your purchase.

Does Actbest ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

No. Actbest’s shipping policy excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and other US territories. It also does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

How long does Actbest delivery take?

In-stock electric bikes typically ship within 1–2 business days and arrive 3–7 business days after shipment. Parts and accessories typically ship within 2–3 business days, with delivery estimated at 4–8 business days after shipment. These are estimates; preorder timing is listed separately on the product page.

How long is the Actbest warranty?

Actbest provides a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in eligible bikes purchased through official or authorized channels. Coverage begins when the original purchaser receives the bike and includes eligible frames, batteries, and original components. Normal wear, misuse, and certain components are excluded. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for replacement components under the warranty.

Does the Actbest warranty transfer to a new owner?

A subsequent owner may receive the remaining warranty coverage if the original one-year period has not expired. Actbest requires the original purchaser’s name and order number for verification. Selling the bike or receiving a replacement does not restart the warranty period.

What is Actbest’s return policy?

For eligible complete bikes purchased directly from Actbest, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns require the bike to be unused and unridden, with fewer than 10 miles on the odometer, original packaging, and all included accessories and documents. The mileage limit does not permit trial riding.

Customer service authorization is required before shipping a return. Customers pay applicable return shipping charges for personal-reason returns. Promotional and clearance products, used bikes, separately sold batteries, and accessories are excluded from ordinary returns, so confirm eligibility before purchasing a deal.

Can I cancel my Actbest order?

Contact service@actbest.net as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before shipment incur a processing fee of 5% of the total order amount, and cancellation is not guaranteed once picking, packing, or shipping has begun. After shipment, an order cannot be cancelled directly; contact customer service to discuss the available options and charges.

Do Actbest ebikes arrive fully assembled?

No. Actbest bikes require assembly after delivery. The company provides user manuals and links to service videos and tutorials to help with setup. Review the instructions for your specific model before assembly; Actbest does not cover additional assembly costs simply because a customer cannot assemble the bike.

Does Actbest offer student or military discounts?
