Yes, and they are available to ship to the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
What is the Blix’ return policy?
Blix’s return policy permits returns within 14 days of shipment for both ebikes and parts & accessories. Ebikes must be in new condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging, with a $150 shipping fee applicable. Customers are responsible for any damages during return shipping. To initiate a return, fill out our return request form here, providing your Order Number, Reason for Return (feedback is appreciated for product improvement), and photos of the return packaging.
How long does the warranty last? Does the warranty transfer if you resell the bike?
The warranty for Blix Electric Bikes lasts one year for bikes purchased after July 1, 2019, covering the frame and all components comprehensively. For bikes purchased on or before July 1, 2019, the warranty period varies: three years for the frame and rigid front forks (excluding suspension forks), two years for the motor, battery, display, and controller panel, and one year for the paint finish, decals, suspension forks, other electrical components, and accessories including chargers.
No, the warranty does not transfer if you resell the bike. The limited warranty is extended to the first end-user purchaser only.
