Does Heybike offer free shipping?
Yes — Heybike provides free shipping to the contiguous (lower 48) states on orders of $99 or more. Heybike Orders under $99 incur a $15 shipping fee
What is Heybike’s return policy?
Heybike offers a return shipping label if your return is accepted, but customers generally pay for the return shipping.
For non-quality issues: If the bike is unused and in original condition, returns within 14 days qualify for a full refund. The buyer pays return shipping (e.g. $200 per bike in U.S. terms).
For returns beyond 14 days (up to 30 days), or under different conditions, partial refunds or restocking policies may apply.
Returns must be authorized first; items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
How long does the warranty last? Does it transfer if resold?
Heybike provides a 2-year limited warranty (effective from July 1, 2024) for e-bikes sold via their official site, excluding wear-and-tear items.
The warranty does allow for subsequent owners to make claims, provided they supply the original owner’s name and original order number.
Does Heybike offer service and maintenance?
Yes — Heybike supports warranty claims and repairs via its support infrastructure.
Additionally, Heybike offers an optional Extend Protection Plan (for coverage beyond the standard warranty) which can cover mechanical / electrical breakdown, even wear and tear, depending on plan terms.
